CELEBRATING CHANUKAH AT JEWISH HOME AT ROCKLEIGH

On Wednesday night, December 17th, Jewish Home at Rockleigh had their annual Chanukah Party. NCJW BCS volunteers helped serve a delicious meal, starting with latkes, smoked salmon and sour cream. The main course was Rock Cornish hen, or roast beef, with vegetables and a starch. Dessert followed. Our own Susan Laskin entertained with wonderful Chanukah songs and the volunteers, along with the residents, sang along with Susan. Smiles and songs were abundant.

Books & Greetings located in Northvale, NJ generously donated over 100 note pads with dog motifs which were given as presents to all residents of Jewish Home at Rockleigh and to all NCJW BCS volunteers who helped serve and entertain that evening.
