In order to further enjoy the benefits of membership of the NCJW Bergen
County Section, we feel it imperative that as many of us as possible learn
how to access our section's website www.ncjwbcs.org, to keep ahead of the curve by staying
in touch with upcoming programs, events, initiatives and information,
navigate the world wide web and have the ability to stay close to friends
and family by sending and receiving email.There are many classes in your neighborhood which can be found in local schools, community centers, yellow pages or through the resources of your local library.
These are some courses that would be helpful:
- A basic course which makes you comfortable with computers.
- Learn how to use the keyboard, mouse, Windows desktop.
- Learn the intricacies of e-mail including attachments, hyperlinks, inserting pictures, address books, spell check, and thesaurus
- Discover how to navigate the World Wide Web using search engines and keywords.
