HIPPY CELEBRATES HALLOWEEN WITH NATIONAL COUNCIL OF JEWISH WOMENPirates, princesses, robots, firemen and more arrived at a pre-Halloween party to mark the first NCJW BCS workshop of the 2017-18 HIPPY season. HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters) is a literacy program that prepares a parent to be a child’s’ first teacher. At the workshop excited boys and girls enjoyed stories, crafts and games while parents learned all about HIPPY. Click each photo to enlarge.
