We were fortunate to have Shari Eshet, director of NCJW’s Israel office, as our speaker at the May 7 Study Group.  An indomitable spirit who believes in a positive approach to the problems of women and children, Eshet administers programs meant to help that population. Many in the audience remarked that they had learned something new about the lives of women in Israel as well as the role NCJW plays there.
