NCJW ANNUAL HANUKKAH LUNCHEON AT ROCKLEIGH

Thursday, December 22nd was a very special day for NCJW Bergen County Section.

We held our annual Hanukkah luncheon for the residents at the Jewish Home at Rockleigh.

The dining room was artistically decorated in blue and white.  The Hanukkah songs quietly playing in the background added a festive atmosphere to the delicious holiday meal.

Dan Diamant played the piano, as his wife Rosalind (an NCJW member) sang an array of magnificent songs. The performance was enjoyed by all.

Before the party ended each resident received a wrapped gift consisting of warm cozy socks distributed by our NCJW volunteers.

It was a festive few hours enjoyed by the residents and staff, thanks to the participation of the 15 NCJW women who assisted in serving and mingling with the residents.
