NCJW Volunteers Spread Their “Love” at Jewish Home at Rockleigh Sweetheart Social

NCJW Bergen County Section volunteers and residents at the Jewish Home at Rockleigh had a fulfilling experience at NCJW’s “Sweetheart  Social” held on Valentine’s Day, Tuesday, February 14, 2017.  Council women served delicious strawberry shortcake and beverages while attendees sang and danced to the music of Peter Pix, “the one man band.”  Each resident was given a red carnation and wished a happy day by our volunteers.  It was a most enjoyable hour for the residents as well as for NCJW volunteers Edie Kaplan, Phyllis Becker, Evalyn Brownstein, Sabina Sicklick, Nan Matlick, Joyce Lustbader, Lillian Oliver, Carole Benson and Roberta Lew.
