OUR VOLUNTEERS BRING JOY TO HIPPY HOLIDAY PARTY

Bergen Family Center’s Home Instruction for Parents of Pre-School Youngsters (HIPPY) is a literacy program for preschool families which helps parents become their children’s first teacher.  NCJW BCS is proud to provide many volunteers to help HIPPY reach its goals. The HIPPY holiday party for children and their families was a festive holiday dinner followed by lots of singing and dancing.  Later on, the boys and girls twisted and turned as the limbo rope got lower and lower.  The most agile won the contest and received medals to reward their skill.
