WINTER FUN AT HIPPYTo paraphrase an old seasonable song — the weather outside was frightful, but inside it was quite delightful. On Thursday, January 22, HIPPY children and volunteers celebrated the winter season with stories, crafts and movement activities. As they departed for home, the boys and girls showed off their handiwork to their smiling parents. HOME INSTRUCTION FOR PARENTS OF PRE-SCHOOL YOUNGSTERS (HIPPY) helps parents develop the skills and confidence to become their children’s first teachers.
