wow study groupWith the aid of newsreels, movies and photos, speaker Annice Benamy brought to life for our audience the central mission of Women of the Wall, which is to achieve the social and legal recognition of the rights of women to wear prayer shawls, pray and read from the Torah collectively and out loud at the Western Wall in Jerusalem. Mrs. Benamy is a religious school principal at Congregation Adas Emuno and is a WOW supporter and advocate. She has participated in services with Women of the Wall in Jerusalem.
