Join Us for a for a fun-filled discussion with romance novelist Damon Suede.

Damon Suede, beyond writing romantic fiction, has been writing for print, stage and screen for over three decades, which is both more and less glamorous than you might imagine. He has graciously agreed to fill the spot and has planned a rather unique event for us.

From the story’s original release in 1938, to its film debut in 1940, and fourteen other adaptations, Daphne du Maurier’s Gothic novel Rebecca remains an underrated classic of the 20th century. Why so many adaptations on the stage,  in film, and on television? And how does the most recent adaptation (October of this year) stand up to the original novel?
