AT HOME SERIES; INTERACTIVE COOKING CLASS

For the next AT HOME SERIES  Join Lynn Manheim as she welcomes us into her kitchen

to spend 90 minutes cooking together on Thursday, January 7th at 3:30 – 5:00pm

A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, Lynn, now retired, was the Executive Chef of Aux Delices in Greenwich, CT. She also was the founder and Director of the Aux Delices Cooking School where she taught adults and children as well as coordinated many team-building events for corporations in the local area. This is a hands-on dinner workshop so get ready.

On our menu:

  • Beef Barley Soup
  • Sole Meunière
  • Pan-Fried Cod or Lemon Sole
  • Crisp Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients to our menu will be provided upon registration.

The cost is $25 per person.
