BIG APPLE CIRCUS WOWS HIPPY KIDS AND THEIR FAMILIES

On November 7 fifty-six HIPPY families boarded three buses on a beautiful autumn day. They were going to the Big Apple Circus where they enjoyed a fabulous front-row big top circus experience. The families also explored and strolled the landscape of Lincoln Center and New York City.

The funds for this wonderful day were provided by the Goldberg Fund specifically for the HIPPY Program. It is administered by NCJW BCS and continues to be used to provide Enrichment Programming for HIPPY children and their families. HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters), part of Bergen Family Center, trains parents to be their children’s first teachers.
