EXPERIENCE FALL AT THE CULINARY INSTITUTE OF AMERICA AND THE VANDERBILT MANSION

Tuesday, September 24, 2019

Bus departs Temple Emeth, 1666 Windsor Road, Teaneck at 7:45 A.M. Sharp.

Please arrive by 7:30 A.M. Bus returns approximately 5 P.M.

Our trip will begin in Hyde Park with a docent-led tour of the Vanderbilt Mansion located on over 200 acres of National Park Service property with magnificent Hudson River and Catskill Mountain views.

We will proceed to the CIA and enjoy authentic regional Italian cuisine at Ristorante Caterina de’Medici.

Our three-course lunch will include Insalata di Pomodoro e Romana, Branzino con Olive and Profiterole allo Zabaglione. We will conclude with a guided tour of the CIA facility.

Registration for members opens June 5th. Non-member’s registration begins July 5th.

Registrations will be acknowledged by email. Refunds will be honored if there is a waiting list.

Cost is $105 for members and $115 for non-members. The $10 additional charge for

non-members is applicable toward a new membership if paid when registering for the trip.
