Lunch and Learn on ZOOM: Holocaust Memorial DayThursday, April 8, 12:30 pm Observe Yom HaShoah to remember the six million Jews who were killed during the Holocaust. Our member, Sandy Rubenstein, daughter of Holocaust survivors and a Holocaust educator, will share her family story as told by her father, Joseph Horn, in video clips from his Shoah testimony and through excerpts from his memoir Mark It With a Stone. Sandy is a Master Teacher Fellow at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and a Master Teacher at the USC Shoah Foundation. To purchase the memoir, please visit https://markitwithastone.com/. For those who purchase the book, Sandy has graciously agreed to provide a personalized inscribed bookplate. Lunch will be an interesting surprise! Cost $18. Registration deadline is March 24.
