MEETING THE SNACK PACK CHALLENGE

Enthusiastic members and friends fulfilled their commitment to packing 1,500 snack packs at our January 2019 General Meeting.  Snack packs are one of the Center for Food Action’s answers to child hunger.  The packs contain individual servings of fruit, cereal and other wholesome, appealing foods. They are distributed to young school children on Friday afternoons to provide nutrition on weekends.
