NEW JERSEY PRIMARY ELECTION GUIDE, JULY 7, 2020To vote in New Jersey’s Primary, you must be a declared member of a party. Registered voters currently affiliated with a political party who wish to change their party affiliation must file by May 13 using the Political Party Affiliation Form. If you have changed your address or your name recently, you must register as a new voter. Click here for New Voter Registration form June 30 is the deadline to request a Vote-by-Mail ballot. After you mail an application, you will receive a Vote-by-Mail ballot. Important All forms must be completed in full, signed and mailed. All forms for Bergen County residents are herewith.
