SPECIAL EVENT AT BLOOMINGDALE’S WITH DESIGNER MICHAEL ARAM

It’s not every day that members of NCJW BCS get to drink Prosecco at 11 am! But on December 19 a group of members was treated to a delightful VIP reception at Bloomingdale’s at the Shops at Riverside, where they met with designer Michael Aram.  Mr. Aram (center) gave a most interesting presentation about the inspiration for his designs and his collaboration with the manufacturers in India which make his pieces. He then personally signed pieces purchased by some of the members, just in time for Chanukah. Bloomingdale’s donated a beautiful item, personally signed by Michael Aram, to NCJW’s spring luncheon raffle.
