THE JANUARY SNACK PACK CHALLENGE

General Meeting, Tuesday, January 15 at 12:30 pm

Temple Emeth, 1666 Windsor Road, Teaneck.

Snack packs are one of the Center for Food Action’s answers to child hunger.  The packs contain individual servings of fruit, cereal and other wholesome, appealing foods.

They are distributed to young school children on Friday afternoons to provide nutrition on weekends.  Bergen County Section has committed to filling 1500 snack packs at our General Meeting on Tuesday, January 15 at 12:30 at Temple Emeth.  Last year we completed 1000 packs in record time (while socializing at the same time)!  All hands are welcome, so bring your neighbors, friends and family to help!!  What a great way to chase away those winter blues. There is no charge.
