The Jewish Home Family Volunteer Appreciation “Fiesta!” 2019

On Tuesday evening July 23, at the Jewish Home Assisted Living, six of Bergen County Section’s members joined more than 100 other volunteers for a delicious dinner and some lively Mariachi music. In her welcome address to the gathering, Stacy Orden, the Director of Volunteer Services, saluted our NCJW BCS volunteers for all that  they do for the residents and elders of the Jewish Home at Rockleigh. She particularly thanked them for staffing the gift shop and assisting and socializing with residents at various activities throughout the years such as Coney Island Day, Sweetheart Social, and the Hanukkah Party.
