At the YCS Annual Meeting on Monday, September 23, Richard Mingoia, President of YCS, included the following tribute to NCJW BCS in his State of the Agency Address.

“And when it comes to dedication, there are few who surpass the members of the National Council of Jewish Women Bergen County Section.  They have been with YCS for over 40 years, since the first day the doors to the Holley Center opened.  For both Holley Center and Kilbarchan, NCJW BCS provides enrichment grants to enhance and expand the children’s days and individual support to make sure birthdays and holidays are real celebrations. Club NCJW offers regular group activities for the children and NCJW Thrift Shop donations ensure that our ELS trainees have proper interview attire. These women are truly part of the YCS family.”
